Don Wede: Oh, good morning. Don Wede with Heartland Funding Incorporated. I’m here in Weldon, Illinois. That’s how it’s pronounced, right?
Speaker 2: Correct.
Don Wede: Weldon? We’re just east of Clinton, north of Decatur, looking at a house here to buy nice. House, nice little town. How many people are in town? About 500?
Speaker 2: 500.
Don Wede: About 500 people. Small rural farm town. Take this video here of the inspection of the house. I went through, walked through and took some notes and then I went through and took some pictures and now I’m doing a video today. It’s been quite a while since we did a company video, Heartland Funding Inc. Our website is www.heartlandbuyshouses.com. The phone number is 1-800-255-8250. That way you can get in touch with us if you need to. We buy houses all over Illinois, from Rockford all the way down the Southern Illinois. Chicagoland area, Bloomington-Normal, Rockford, Five Cities, Peoria, Decatur, Springfield. We bought houses in all the collar county… We buy houses in all the collar counties. Haven’t bought in all the collar counties yet, but we do buy in all the collar counties, Chicago proper and also Northwest Indiana. Okay, that’s the outside. We’ll take a quick look on the inside. Nice day here. It’s January 10th, 2023. Pretty nice day for January 10th. I think it’s supposed to get up to about close to 40 today. We’ll take a quick walk through and we’ll call it a video. That’s what we do. We buy houses. We’re an investor driven company. We turn around and sell the houses. We buy in most all the cases, not a hundred percent, but most all the cases, the private investors who either fix them up and resell them or fix them up and hold them for rental properties. That’s why I say not always do I sell to private investors is because if it is a nice house in a nice area and logistically it makes sense for me, I am not opposed at all increasing my rental portfolio. So that’s why I say not always, but logistically for me, this is just a little bit too far out of the way for my personal inventory. Okay, that just about does it. That’s it for today. Thanks for watching our video.
