How fast can I sell my house?

Will you be listing my home on the MLS or actually buying it?
Great question. We’re not agents, and we don’t list homes. Buying houses is our business, we by throughout all of Illinois.
Do you pay fair prices for properties?
Our prices are based on market conditions. Remember we do this for as a business. We are an investor driven company. If it is a nice property in a nice neighborhood. your best bet, if you have marketing skill, is to sell it yourself for a retail price. Most people do not have those skills so listing with a Relator is the way to go. Now if it is not a property that you or the Realtor want to list , that is were we come in and shine. We buy houses as is. You get all your cash at closing and the property will be fixed up and either resold or used as a rental. Remember we do this as a business, for a profit.
How do you determine the price to offer on my home?
