Don Wede: Hi. Good morning. This is Don Wede with Heartland Funding Incorporated. I’m here in Joliet, Illinois today. Joliet is a suburb of Chicago, about half an hour, 40 minutes southwest of the Loop. It’s October the 27th, 2018. I’m here in Joliet helping a homeowner. I’m going to help them sell their house in a way that is pretty unique. When we get it done, we’ll have another chapter on this video. It hopefully will be a wrap-up video, but it’s kind of a unique way that I have of purchasing houses, selling houses that most people don’t have in their toolbox. It’s just another tool that I use in unique situations. Basically, when there is no equity in the property, I can still buy it and still turn around to resell it and make three parties happy.
