Don Wede: Good afternoon, Don Wede from Heartland Funding Inc. on my way back from Chicago Heights Illinois. It’s Sunday, June 10, 2018, kind of a rainy Sunday afternoon. I went over Chicago Heights Illinois to look at a house for a gentleman. Want to see have done to it as far as fix up and repairs. It had been vandalized and the copper water pipe had been torn out of the whole house, so that’s going to have to be repaired along with painting and carpet. But it’s a project that can be done.
We agreed upon a price, and I’m going to buy that house for cash and solve his real estate problem. I wanted to go ahead and sign the paper work right there today, but he preferred that I come back to Spring Valley Illinois office and prepare the paper work. That’s where I’m now. On my way back I pulled over and make this little video. So I will prepare the documents, scan them, email it to him and he’s going to show them to his attorney. So hopefully solved a little problem here today.
