I had gained that information from Bill Cook last week about the door knocking procedures and yesterday and today I went out door knocking in specific areas of Joliet. Nice areas, median price houses, single-family homes that I approached, buyers, for sale by owners and also that had realtor signs in the front yard. Made offers on 12 properties today.
