Cute little house. Nice flowers. I don’t know what they are, but they look nice, and they kind of smell nice.
Small lot, but it’s real deep. It goes way back to that shed back there. Not very wide but very deep.
Take a look inside. Door needs a little work. Needs a little paint on this door. Should be fine, though. Old-style ceiling. Windows are good. Carpet actually is good in here.
Here we have two odd bedrooms. They’re very small. They’re what? One, two, three, four, five. They’re about eight, seven and a half and eight by probably 12 with no closets. Probably could use paint. Carpet probably can be cleaned up, probably replaced in these rooms. They’re identical little rooms.
Kitchen’s in pretty good shape. The power is turned off. That’s why I have a little problem with the light. I don’t have any lights that can turn on.
Here’s the bathroom. A stand-up shower. Got a little closet over here.
This goes down to the basement, which we’re not going to be able to show at all because there’s no lights down there. [inaudible 00:03:51]. It’s a trap door going down to a basement that is almost all dirt floor, just a little bit of concrete. Brand-new, nice new furnace and new water heater, 100 amp electrical service.
