Down in Bloomington, like I said, Bloomington, Illinois, to look at this house to evaluate it. Lady wants to sell it. It’s an inherited house and she does not want it. Needs a lot of work as you can see coming up here in our video.
We buy houses all across Illinois, Chicago, the quad cities, Rockford, Peoria. It’s a big old house, isn’t it? Wonder if the car comes with it. It was here last time too. I’ll have to ask her. The backyard’s a mess. I can’t get through that gate right there. So I’ll give you a little peek through here. A lot of cleanup on this one. You got a detached garage back here. Take a look.
Now the horror story of the house. By the way, I did wave to the gentleman. I wish you could see my nice carrot shirt that I’m wearing today. Investor carrot. It’s the gray one. Kind of sweet. Okay. Good thing you guys can’t smell through a video because this place stinks.
Here’s the living room. Here’s the, I don’t know what you call this. Kitchen. It’s going downstairs, but we’ll go upstairs first. Fixed up be a nice house, but needs a lot of work. I’m not going to show you all the bedrooms that are just all filled up with junk. So not much sense doing that, but I will show you the bathroom here. It’s a big bath.
I’ll go take a peek downstairs and call it quits for the tour of the potential Bloomington home. Shoot, I don’t have my flashlight. We may not be able to see anything down here. Well maybe. A sliver of light coming in. Lot of roll offs for this baby. Down there in the left hand corner there is the water heater and furnace, but it’s full of junk back there. So you get the gist of it. I think they kind of used this as a second apartment at one time, because this is a full kitchen down here. But that’s it. Hope you enjoyed the video.
