Don Wede: Good afternoon. This is Don Wede with Heartland Funding, Incorporated. It’s Monday afternoon, January 14th, 2019. I’m now in southern Illinois. I was looking at homes today in Springfield, Illinois for them to possibly purchase, and four of them in Decatur, Illinois to purchase and one in Springfield, Illinois to purchase. The four in Decatur, I’m taking a pass on. They were just too rough. The one in Springfield, we will be purchasing that home.

Sometimes we just don’t have to buy a house, maybe can use it as a creative solution to help somebody out. But, I’m in southern Illinois where we also buy houses. That’s kind of a new area for us, a relatively new area, Paducah, Kentucky and southern Illinois, and I have a second home down here. After looking at the houses in Decatur and Springfield, I headed down here to my home in southern Illinois to do a little work. The reason that Galesburg came up, we had a deal in Galesburg that was on my mind. Someone wanted us to buy the home, but I don’t think we’re going to be able to buy that one.
